Blood Cancer UK | We’re here to beat blood cancer
The Jersey Kids’ Triathlon is proud to support Blood Cancer UK, collaborating closely with the local fundraising branch to raise both funds and awareness for critical blood cancer research and support initiatives.
The Jersey Kids Triathlon supports Blood Cancer UK through the Jersey fundraising branch. Our local fundraising team works hard to raise money and awareness for research into all types of blood cancers.
Blood Cancer UK’s mission is to improve the lives of people affected by blood cancer, and they do this by funding cutting-edge research to develop new treatments and cures.
Supporting Blood Cancer UK means supporting groundbreaking research into the causes and treatments of this disease. It means giving hope to those who are struggling with the physical and emotional toll of blood cancer, and it means helping to find new and innovative ways to beat this disease.
In addition to funding research, Blood Cancer UK provides practical and emotional support to patients and their families. They offer a range of services including a helpline, online forums, and information booklets. They also provide funding for specialist nurses who work directly with patients to provide support and guidance.
By supporting Blood Cancer UK, you are helping to make a real difference in the lives of those affected by this disease. You are helping to fund research that could lead to new treatments and cures, and you are helping to provide practical and emotional support to those who need it most.
We encourage everyone to get involved and support this incredible charity. You can donate via registration, fundraise online or print off a manual fundraising sheet. Every £1 makes a difference, so keep up the great work and let’s beat blood cancer!
As the 2026 event approaches on Saturday 6 June, the Kids’ Triathlon has set a fundraising target of £14,000, after our young triathletes raised over £19,000 in 2025! Will you join us in supporting the vital work of Blood Cancer UK, Jersey branch? Your contribution can make a profound difference in the lives of those affected by blood cancer, offering hope and healing where it’s needed most.
