The Vistra Kids’ Triathlon has raised money and awareness for Bloodwise Jersey for many years. In 2020 Bloodwise Jersey changed their name to Blood Cancer UK – Jersey branch.
The name change followed discussions with the blood cancer community about how the charity can reach more people affected by blood cancer. And they found that many people did not understand that Bloodwise was a blood cancer charity and many thinking they were a blood donation service!

The Vistra Kids’ Triathlon will continue to raise valuable awareness and funds for the Jersey branch of Blood Cancer UK. And the Jersey team are committed to making 2023 the best Kids Triathlon yet!
The situation with COVID-19 continues to have huge effects on charity events, most of them having to be cancelled or postponed in 2020 meaning that the charities like Blood Cancer UK (Jersey Branch) are unable to raise the funds they need to keep fighting blood cancer.
The Vistra Kids’ Triathlon has set a fundraising goal of £18,000 for the 2023 event taking place on Saturday 10 June. Can you help support Blood Cancer UK – Jersey branch?

The Blood Cancer UK – Jersey committee concentrate their efforts on three larger events each year and below is the list of last years fundraising events calendar. New ideas and feedback are always welcome, so please feel free to contact the committee.
- June – Vistra Jersey Kids’ Triathlon: A fabulous event now in its 10th year. A great way to keep fit and make new friends. Fun for all the family.
- September – Bloodwise Golf Day: Sponsored by Brooks MacDonald, golfers compete for the prize trophy.
- November – Gala Diva Opera Dinner: A hugely popular and prestigious event where we welcome back the Diva Opera Company to perform at our gala black-tie dinner. Champagne reception and a raffle included.
